It is time for policies that boost the economy, encourage domestic investment, and mitigate the risks of climate change.
Climate change is a clear and present threat to the environment, our health, national security, and economic prosperity. Right now, finding a solution is stymied by partisan politics on both sides of the aisle.
We need a climate policy that can win bipartisan support and encourage global action. It should create long-term economic incentives to capitalize on American innovation while protecting our manufacturers’ competitiveness. Policymakers need to know it is possible to use the free marketplace to strengthen the economy while at the same time taking real aggressive and effective action on climate change.
We know how. It is called Climate 2.0.
